Returns

We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a defective or non-functional product.

  • You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen settings.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Orders refused by the customer without a valid reason.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Approved refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations across India. Customers are requested to accept their confirmed orders. Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future purchases.
